The vets and support team at Grande Prairie Animal Hospital are dedicated to our beloved patients and their proud owners. We are backed by years of experience and an enduring passion for pets.
What to Expect at Your Veterinary Appointment
Knowing what to expect at your first visit will help make the process smoother and more pleasant for both you and your pet.
Please come approximately 10 minutes early to complete our New Patient Form. If you'd like to save some time, the
New Patient Form can be completed online in advance.
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our team will review your pet's medical history and discuss their health issues. We will also dedicate time to answering any questions you may have.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once your pet has been examined, we will provide you with a diagnosis and treatment options. You'll work with your veterinarian to determine a treatment plan that will work for you and your pet.
Following your visit, we will also contact your primary care veterinarian if required and provide a detailed written report about your appointment and treatment plan.
